Remember the ThisDay piece from a few weeks ago?  Well, after further research, I found that it’s actually a 4-city concert that hit DC this past week and will end with a bang in London on October 14th.  Liya Kebede and Alek Wek were on hand for the festivities, as was Mr. Africa himself, Jay Z.  Check out the pics below:
